Return and Refunds
At ZARAIZ, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return / Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day return or exchange window, which means you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
1. Replacement / Exchange
Change of Mind

If a customer wishes to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the product must be returned to us by the customer at their own expense via courier or any suitable delivery method.

The replacement process will begin only after the returned product is received at our office.

Customers must share complete parcel details including:

Sender name
-
Courier company
-
Tracking number
-

If the replacement item costs less than the original, a voucher for the price difference will be issued.

If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
Faulty or Damaged Product

In case of minor defects, if the customer agrees, an appropriate discount may be offered.

If the defect is major and the product is not usable, a full replacement will be provided free of charge.

If we request the customer to return the faulty item, courier charges will be reimbursed to the customer’s account (standard Pakistan Post charges up to Rs. 250).
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

The customer receives a faulty product, and
-
A replacement for the same article is not available.

In approved refund cases, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.

Please note that 4% government taxes will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
3. Damages & Issues
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
4. Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product.
Once the return is approved and processed, the customer may place a new order separately.
5. Processing Time

Customers will be notified once the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved return or exchange requests are usually processed within 5–7 working days.
