We deliver orders within 2–4 working days across Pakistan.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as Advance Payment options for your convenience.
We offer a 10-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order, subject to our policy terms.
Yes. In case of a change of mind, the customer must return the product at their own expense.
The exchange process starts once the item is received at our office.
If the product has a minor defect, we may offer a suitable discount with your approval.
If the defect is major and the item is unusable, we will replace it free of charge.
If we request the item to be returned, courier charges (up to Rs. 250) will be reimbursed.
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The item is faulty, and
- A replacement for the same article is not available.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, with 4% government tax deduction where applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved requests are processed within 5–7 working days.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
